Men’s soccer
The Wallaceburg Sting are in first place! The boy’s from the Burg lep into first position after a 3-1 win over Tillsonburg over the weekend. Taylor MacArthur scored twice, while his brother Colin had the other Sting goal… The boys will be back in action this Friday in Wallaceburg, when they host Middlesex at Kinsmen Park. Kick off is at 7pm.
Canada-Russia Hockey Challenge
Andrei Sigarev scored his second goal of the game with 6:23 left to play as Russia edged Canada 6-5 in Game 3. Russia now leads the four-game exhibition series 2-1 with the final game set for tonight in Halifax.
