The Chatham Maroons will be sending five players to the GOJHL Western Conference All-Star game. The game will take place Monday, January 28 at the Timken Centre in St. Thomas at 7pm.

Representing Team Harvey from the Chatham Maroons will be captain Sean Myers, leading scorer Michael Verboom, assistant captain Blake Blondeel, the Maroons’ top scoring defender Steven Szekesy, and starting netminder Darien Ekblad.

Szekesy, Verboom, and Myers played in last season’s Western Conference All-Star game, while Blondeel was an alternate.

Earlier this season, Myers represented the Maroons at the GOJHL all-star game, while Verboom and Szekesy suited up for the Top Prospects game. Ekblad was slated to play in the Top Prospects game as well, but had been recalled to the OHL’s Saginaw Spirit.

Tickets to the 2013 GOJHL Western Conference All-Star game are $5.
