Cobras Into OMHA Final

After a tough semi-final series against the LaSalle Sabres the Kent Teksavvy Cobras Bantam AE team has advanced to the OMHA finals. The Cobras were faced with clinching the series in LaSalle and came away with a 3-0 victory in front of a packed house.

The team battled adversity, and injuries on their way to a birth in the finals. The Kent Cobras began this journey in August by completing weeks of dry-land training before even hitting the ice.

After going undefeated in the regular season, and losing only 3 games in 16 playdown games the team has reached their goal.

The Cobras compiled an overall record of 36-9-9 is a record to be proud of. The Cobras now face Brampton in the finals for a chance to bring an OMHA Playdown Championship and the Ron Smith Trophy back to Kent.
