“Excited to have another opportunity and start a new chapter with the @NLLBandits!” Herreweyers Tweeted late Tuesday evening.

Last season Herreweyers had 3 goals and 10 points in 5 games for the Colorado Mammoth, who selected him in the first round, 9th overall in the 2016 NLL Draft.

Herreweyers will join fellow Wallaceburg lacrosse product Jordan Durston on Buffalo’s roster.

A graduate of Loyola University where he played field lacrosse, Herreweyers scored 103 goals in 42 NCAA games. He was picked in the 6th round by the Chesapeake Bayhawks in the Major League Lacrosse draft.
