Local Junior hockey is definitely a hot ticket in Essex County and Chatham-Kent, with area teams seeing four of the top five attendance figures for Junior C in Ontario.

The four Stobbs Division teams topping the charts through the midway point of the season are Essex (1st) with 595, Amherstburg (3rd) with 500, Lakeshore (4th) with 475, and Blenheim (5th) with 353.

The only non-Stobbs Division team in the top five is Woodstock, who sit second.

The Dresden Kings also cracked the top ten in the province at 10th, with 285, while the Wheatley Sharks are 12th with 266.
