Midget ‘AA’ Crush Play Undefeated Weekend

The Chatham-Kent Crush Midget ‘AA’ team climbed into second in the Lower Lakes Female Hockey League West Division over the weekend playing undefeated hockey.

Sunday afternoon, Kayla Renaud stopped everything she faced, and Reese Parks scored the lone goal for Chatham-Kent, as the Midget Crush defeated the Saugeen-Maitland Lightning 1-0. They tied Saugeen-Maitland Saturday 1-1 in the first half of the home and home.

Friday, Chatham-Kent beat the Windsor Wildcats 4-1.

They now sit at 5-3-2 this season.
