After a two game skid, the Chatham Maroons are back in the win column on the heels of a Nolan Gardiner hat trick.

Gardiner’s three goals listed Chatham to a 6-2 win in front of 690 fans at Memorial Arena Sunday.

Two other Maroons got their first goals in Chatham uniforms, as rookie Craig Spence potted his first of the season, while newly acquired Griffen Robinson scored his first as a Maroon.

Josh DiCarlo also scored, while Sean O’Brien chipped in with three assists, and Maddux Rychel had a pair of helpers.

Adam Harris made 16 saves in the win.

Chatham is back in action this Wednesday on the road against the London Nationals.
