Griffith Scores First For Bakersfield, Named Assistant Captain

Wallaceburg’s Seth Griffith scored his first goal in a Bakersfield Condors jersey in a 4-3 loss Saturday against the San Diego Gulls.

Griffith, who signed with the Edmonton Oilers in the offseason, opened the scoring in the game finishing off a 2-on-1 rush on a pass from Alan Quine.

The veteran will also serve as an assistant captain for Bakersfield.

Griffith spent the past two seasons with the AHL’s Manitoba Moose.
