Blenheim goaltender Evan DeBrouwer will finish out his NCAA Division I career at a new school.

The six-foot-three netminder entered the NCAA Transfer Portal and will move from Arizona State University, where he has played the last three seasons, to Bentley University.

NCAA players are able to enter the transfer portal as seniors if the coaching staff of their program has committed to players that would cost an existing player a roster spot.

In 2019-2020 DeBrouwer was among National leaders statistically with a 2.52 GAA and .919 save percentage while appearing in 34 games.

This season, DeBrouwer had a 4.13 GAA and .888 save percentage in 16 games.

Thamesville’s Lucas Vanroboys currently plays for Bentley.
