Instead of crossing the border, or heading down the 401 to search for quality discount golf equipment, Chatham-Kent’s newest golf store is offering up great products and great prices to keep shoppers buying locally.

“Our prices are at par or cheaper than the big box golf stores, particularly on used products,” said Snap Hook Discount Golf owner Brian McAllister. The local golf and apparel store, located at 1964 Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg, is pleasing local shoppers, and enticing golfers from Sarnia-Lambton, and all corners of Chatham-Kent with their quality new and used golf equipment, services, and Snap Hook’s willingness to accept trade-ins.

“The difference here is we offer trade-ins, which some of the big stores don’t,” said McAllister.

Not only is Snap Hook quickly becoming one of Southwestern Ontario’s hot spots for golf clubs, balls and apparel, but the store also offers services such as regripping, on-site lessons, and access to their golf simulator.

“In the winter time, this is one of the only places locally that you can get in a good practice round,” McAllister said of the golf simulator at Snap Hook Discount Golf in Wallaceburg.

“The simulator is fully operational and lets you play the world’s best courses. It also has a driving range and chipping green feature.”

When you walk through the doors at Snap Hook in Wallaceburg, you’ll see an artificial putting green to try out the array of putters, and you’ll see walls and golf bags filled with top of the line new and used clubs. When you find a club you like, you’ll have the opportunity to try it before you buy it in the simulator.

Most importantly, you’ll find reasonable prices, friendly service, and great products at Snap Hook, that all equal a great game of golf the next time you hit the links.
